Mazdaspeed 3: To tint, or not to tint

I am thinking of having my windows tinted, and I am in a dilemma whether I should do it or not since I live in California (up 70% front/ 0% rear light visibility legal). Having 35%/20% is illegal in California, but I see many cars in here have them anyway.  What do you think?
